Q: How long does it take to complete a custom sculpt?
A: Standard sculpts: 2–4 weeks. Articulated or complex sculpts: 4–6 weeks. Rush Delivery available in 5 business days (with fee).
Q: What files will I receive?
A: High-quality STL and/or OBJ file for 3D printing/digital use. Articulated sculpts include a Nomad-optimized file. Extra formats available upon request.
Q: Can I request changes or revisions?
A: One round of revisions included after sculpt preview. Extra revisions may incur additional fees. Major changes may require a new quote.
Q: Can I use my sculpt commercially?
A: By default, sculpts are for personal use only. Commercial use (prints, games, merch) requires a commercial license upgrade — quoted individually.
Q: How does payment work?
A: 50% deposit upfront, 50% balance due upon completion (before file delivery). Projects under $300 may require full payment upfront.
Q: Do you use AI to create your sculpts?
A: No — I do not use AI to generate or create sculpts or art. Every sculpt is handcrafted in collaboration with the client. I do use AI tools to help run my business (pitch writing, website structure), but all creative work is human-driven.
